Description
Naini Hill Chusan Palm - Available in packets of 10, 20 or 50 seeds.
This hybrid of T. fortunei was previously though to be T. Takil but now believed to be a hardier more robust form of fortunei introduced to a town called Naini Tal in India from China in the last century. Naini Tal has fuller leaves with more leaflets making it a handsome palm for the UK - hardy just about anywhere..
Germination instructions
Soak for 24 hours and then sow on a loamy well drained sterile seed compost and cover with vermiculite. Keep moist but not wet at 20C to 22C. Germination in 1 to 3 months.
