Ricinus communis zanzibarensis has huge palmate bright green leaves and is capable of reaching 3m in one season from an April sowing. Great for an unusual green jungle back drop.

Germination instructions

Sow on a free draining sterile seed compost and cover with vermiculite/grit. Keep in bright light at around 25C to 33C (New Zealand Purple requires a minimum of 30C to germinate well). Germination 1-3 weeks. CAUTION SEED & PLANT POISONOUS
