From Japan a really good foliage plant for a shady area. It has distinctly large jungle style palmate leaves and prefers a cool moist spot. Fully hardy.

Germination instructions

Sow on a good quality seed compost and lightly cover with vermiculite/grit. Requires cold to germinate, so best sown in autumn to germinate in spring. Otherwise store in fridge first for 4 to 6 weeks. Germination erratic in 6+ weeks.
