"Sponge gourd" 10 seeds ■●♥ This Gourd can be dried and the skin removed to produce bath loofahs. Easy to grow from seed - start under cover in April/May for loofahs in September/October. .

Germination instructions

Sow on a sterile seed compost and cover with vermiculite/grit. Keep at around 25C to 30C . Germination 2 to 3 weeks. Once germinated the seedlings grow rapidly and will need good light. Water well when large and established.
