Lobelia tupa

From Chile, a superb species of Salvia which can grow to over 1.5 metres, with scarlet tubular flowers set against pale green foliage.  Should be hardy in most parts of the UK, but best to mulch in colder areas.  Prefers a sunny moist spot.
