Dombeya are members of the Malvacea family from Africa, cool tolerant they make large shrubs to small trees that can be kept pruned to size for a warm conservatory or greenhouse.heated. They produce large pink clusters of flowers that resemble balls or umbels to 30cm across.
Germination instructions
Sow the seeds in a well drained sterile seed compost in a propagator at 25C to 30C. Just cover the seeds with vermiculite and keep the compost moist, not wet. Germination 2 to 3 weeks.
