A less commonly seen bottle brush from Western Australia with large scarlet flowers on plants up to around 2.5m in size. Prefers a sunny sheltered spot and will take light frosts when larger.

Germination instructions

Surface sow in well drained compost which should be moist & covered with glass or clear plastic. Germination 3 to 4 weeks at 25C with diffused light. Admit air on germination to avoid damping off.
